The SLFL Sick Leave and Family Leave Tax Credit, also known as (SETC) tax credit amount varies based on individual eligibility, income, and qualifying circumstances as determined by IRS guidelines. The maximum possible credit of $32,220 applies only to applicants who meet specific eligibility criteria, including the maximum number of qualifying leave days. Actual refund amounts may be lower and are subject to IRS review and approval.
